🔁 Return Policy
- We offer a 2-day return policy.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 2 days of delivery.
- Delivery charges will be paid by the customer on both sides.
- For example, if our delivery charge is Rs. 320, you will need to pay this amount.
- The cost of sending the product back to us will also be paid by the customer.
- The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged.
🔄 Replacement Policy
- If you receive a defective or damaged product, you can request a replacement within 2 days.
- You must record an unboxing video at the time of receiving the parcel.
- The issue or defect must be clearly visible in the video.
- After reviewing the video, our team will verify the claim.
- If the issue is confirmed, your replacement request will be approved.
Delivery Charges for Replacement:
- The customer will bear both:
- Return shipping charges
- Re-delivery (replacement) charges

- No return or replacement claims will be accepted after 2 days.
- Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
